Passengers in the same minibus might be on a point to point service or a door to door service. A door to door service usually has a premium on the price of the basic point to point service. Check the search results carefully to select the service type you require.
LIVE AVAILABILITY
All of the carriers provide their live availability to TransferFix. Each carrier is obliged to fulfil any service purchased by a customer.
BOOK & PAY ONLINE
TransferFix provides a live booking service where a purchase is made. No purchase, no booking. Some services require the customer to complete a form that is a request, and they reply by e-mail with offers. This is not how TransferFix works. There is no request option but if you seek guidance on a purchase, you can contact us using the form on the contacts page. When you make a payment. The payment goes directly to the bank account of the carrier. The payment is not made to TransferFix.
BOOKING GUARANTEED
When a booking is made, it is a paid and confirmed booking. The booking is guaranteed. The carrier is obliged to fulfil the contact.
YOUR CONTRACT IS WITH THE CARRIER
Your contract is directly with the carrier. It is not with TransferFix. Consequently, if you want to modify the travel dates or times or make a cancellation, you should contact the carrier directly. Its useful to keep TransferFix in the loop. We will help if you have any problems. But do be careful, some carriers on some services, have a 'no cancellation' policy.
ALL CARRIERS LICENSED
For a carrier to present on the TransferFix platform, the carrier is obliged to provide to TransferFix a valid and current license document issued by the public authority within the relevant jurisdiction. The licencing authority is responsible for vetting.
